The Innovation Lead must have the proven ability to develop and maintain partnerships with universities, colleges and technology companies. The Innovation Lead will be responsible to develop projects, initiatives and programs to support the development of technologies and to contribute to economic development. The position reports to the Manager of the WCWC Research and Technology Institute.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of a bachelor degree and proven experience in Ontario’s water sector, • Exceptional negotiation and networking skills,
• Proven public speaking skills,
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
